the view from the balcony was breath-taking, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the apartment felt like a home away from home.

I was happy with hotel's beautiful location so close to the ski activity centre. Location: the venue was just next door to an early morning flight as well as main attractions and Zakopane downtown.

This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has immaculate rooms and serves above average breakfast. The stuff is polite at all the levels.

A highlight is definitely the helpful and polite staff, who even helped us navigate through the snowy road.
